About this role: 

As our Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will manage and develop a team of Recruitment Marketing experts that can support global and local hiring needs as our Logistics sector continues to expand. Using a data-driven approach, you can help the team and local managers to define future targets or initiatives and tackle any difficult areas.

To ensure we achieve the desired number of leads, you will define an effective workflow to ensure our lead forecasting aligns with real hiring needs and provide relevant performance reporting.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

• Leading the horizontal campaign strategy and campaign lifecycle across channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and align with the briefing
• Ensuring the complete alignment of owned, earned and paid media with global & local communication plans and KPIs
• Monitoring and managing the budget and CPL requirements for each region, working closely with the Channel Manager to agree on budget distribution across channels
• Prioritising workflows and balancing expectations from marketing, business, technology & management colleagues
• Identifying and escalating issues around target achievement to make sure we activate tactical marketing plans & enable Scoober teams to activate other sourcing strategies

What will you bring to the table?

• Proven experience in performance marketing roles, preferably with a global scope
• Experience with team management and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail
• A proactive, collaborative and decisive approach to your job
• The ability to deliver within a dynamic environment and respond quickly (alongside the team) to changes in market conditions, strategy and approach. 
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
