All about the role
As a head of the Brand, Partner & Partnerships & Pricing analytics portfolio, within the central data & analytics team, you will be focussing on creating a playbook to integrate and translate data seamlessly to ensure ease of analysis and reporting. You do this in your own team, having dedicated resources so that you can deliver end-to-end insights.
You will have dedicated stakeholder departments in Brand marketing, Partner & Partnerships Marketing & Pricing and work closely with the teams embedded within to serve their business goals. Within the brand marketing, your focus will be very much on our universal brand experience program, market research and you will also be responsible for globally tracking competitor movements and developments. Within the Partner and partnership portfolio, you will be working with marketing teams to enable them to understand the impact of our tie-ups with world-leading FMCG  brands and restaurant chains. You will bring in a lot of commercial analytics focus within the pricing portfolio where your focus will be on working very closely with revenue management teams and setting them up for success by enabling data and experimentation. 

You work with the other members in the Central Data & Analytics organization which is set up in a hub and spoke model with a dedicated central team to ensure local agility but with a central governance setup. Planning, project management as well as stakeholder management are key elements of the role which you need to have a rock-solid foundation. 
You will be leading a team of Analysts and  Data engineers and should be able to guide them in both analytical and engineering problems. We follow agile methodologies in working and having experience in workin in such a setup is greatly beneficial

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Own Brand related metrics and lead analytics in TOMA, TV (GRP, SOV), OoH, 3rd party Market insights, etc)
  • Bring in valuable commercial analytics focus, insights, and reporting on partner marketing and partnership marketing
  • Bring valuable experience to the table related to FMCG sales and commercial business, partnership models, and reporting infrastructure
  • Set up frameworks in data architecture, pipelines, and overall data stack governance 
  • Understanding of big-scale partnerships and ways of measurement of success
  • Drive maturity by paving path for media mix models,  business-specific forecasting, target-based achievement method, and 3rd party measurement and data layers
  • Build a consistent measurement environment, to be replicated in every market, brand, campaign, and partnership metrics
  • Maintain ownership but create an open framework for functional analysts to chip in 
  • Maintain relationships and collaborate with all marketing teams and leadership
  • Develops best practices and guidelines
  • Train fellow team members and new colleagues on the usage of the various data & analytics tools available

Can you deliver…
Here are the skills we need from our Manager:

  • 8+ years’ experience in analytics or a related role relevant to the job posting
  • 3+ years experience in managing a team
  • Experience in presenting analysis to management in an E-commerce company, marketing agency, or consulting firm is a big advantage
  • Provide input to departmental strategy 
  • Capability to think >1 year ahead is required
  • Embed innovative thinking in the Data & Analytics practice and motivate others to come up with innovative ideas
  • Challenge the status quo by incorporating the latest market developments/best practices and bringing outside knowledge into the organization
  • Lead activities that require integration of broad/varying cross-organizational functions and strategic coordination with other departments
  • Have managed teams in a direct line as well as managed the project management
  • A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills - build bridges
  • Able to translate business requirements/requests into a technical approach
  • A proactive, data-driven, and logical mindset
  • Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
