About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced “Go to Market” Analytics Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role lies within the Global Growth Function. You’ll be working in an impactful team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Head of GTM and Sales Capabilities. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of GTM BI Strategy will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within the Growth Function.
In brief, you will be responsible for;
Reviewing GTM Strategy: define priority countries and size of opportunity
Creation and execution of GTM BI Strategy that includes all data sources and reports used now (or not yet created) their improvement/automation actions, managing resource needed;
Tracking and validation of 250+ GTM metrics across all markets involved in GTM projects and how it’s included in AOP process.
GTM result report & dashboard improvements to internal and external stakeholders.
Support on internal GTM initiatives for low complexity markets & GTM Sprints;
Post-Implementation analysis & ROI of GTM initiatives;
GTM Playbooks design, consolidation, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Please note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
Experience: GTM, BI and/or Sales Operations Manager; Commercial finance, data analysis and GTM methodologies (CDI, CTS, Partner Assessment, etc)
Strong MS Excel, Power Point, Tableau / Power BI experience
Advanced relational database knowledge of Sales Sources (Euromonitor, Advantage, Official reports, Infoline, 2gis, Crowler, open maps etc)
