About the Role:

Kraft Heinz is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our global team as Senior Manager, Global Perfect Path to Purchase (PP2P). In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive PP2P strategy, guiding our global sales organization towards implementing the ideal customer journey across all touchpoints. You will be responsible for optimizing the customer buying experience, fostering collaboration across diverse functions, and driving measurable improvements in sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Global PP2P strategy, aligning it with Kraft Heinz's overall business objectives and customer-centric approach.
  • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, customer service, and other relevant stakeholders across regions to understand customer needs, identify purchase journey pain points, and develop solutions for seamless and efficient interactions.
  • Design and implement initiatives to optimize the customer journey across all channels, including online and offline touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of data-driven sales tools and resources to empower sales teams in executing the PP2P strategy effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of PP2P initiatives across the organization.
  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of PP2P efforts, identifying areas for improvement and continuously refining the strategy based on data insights.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to stay up to date on industry best practices and cutting-edge solutions in the PP2P landscape.
  • Lead and mentor a team of PP2P professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Experience Required

  •                                                                                    
  • Category management                                                              
  • SFA process building experience including routing, RTM model design, compliance tracking, image recognition systems etc
  • Ability to create cross-functional actions based on field team data collected by image recognition (OSA, Share of Shelf, Price compliance etc
  • Ability to transform non-financial KPIs in finance impact (e. g. uplift from OSA improvement or Share of Shelf growth)
