Responsibilities:
· Drive profitable sales and share growth in accordance with sales plan objectives.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for daily business operations inquiries.
· Able to travel to trade fairs once a month.
· Ensure achievement of merchandising objectives, new item acceptance, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
· Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize supply chain initiatives, including S&OP processes, ship point mix, and planning for peak periods.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer product sales.
· Experience in eCommerce.
· Creative, self-motivated, detail oriented.
· Demonstrated ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with national account management and internal cross-functional teams.
