This is a temp position for a period of 3 months
Our client, a company in the footwear industry, is actively seeking a talented individual to join their team. Specializing in a diverse range of footwear collections, boasting over 300 styles, the company has achieved remarkable success, selling over 200 million pairs across more than 90 countries.
Responsibilities:
Sales Execution:
- Develop and execute end-to-end business plans to meet revenue targets and foster growth.
- Lead sell-in and sell-thru collaborations with Merchandising and Marketing for profitable growth.
- Manage annual online sales plans and strategize mid-term plans for online business expansion.
- Create seasonal sales forecasts and monitor performance against projections.
- Collaborate with accounts and internal stakeholders to enhance key strategic metrics and optimize sales, product availability, and deliveries.
- Drive seasonal Go-To-Market (GTM) execution across departments.
- Ensure awareness and alignment with sales policies, strategies, terms, and conditions.
Operational Execution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between accounts and internal teams.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, fostering a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Lead strategic initiatives with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Customer Service.
- Enhance sales processes, simplifying operations and reducing complexity.
- Conduct regular customer meetings to address challenges and monitor competitive landscape.
- Represent the assigned customer group internally across functions and manage interfaces.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics/Digital Commerce.
- 3-4 years of experience in Digital Commerce, Sales, and/or Key Account Management.
- Strong negotiating and communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in go-to-market processes.
- Ability to manage and motivate direct reports, with problem-solving skills and quick learning ability.
- Comfortable updating and presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Independent workload prioritization and management skills, thriving under remote management.
- Experience in a multi-country, multi-language environment is advantageous.
- Strategic mindset with effective prioritization and delegation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in English (fluency in other EMEA languages is a plus).
- Willingness to travel.
