The CE team carries out projects relate to the Microsoft Dynamics 356 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing,Field Service and Customer Service. Of course, the Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise and so are Copilot, PVA and DCCP.
You will be part of a fun and dedicated team made up of enthusiastic, motivated, and supportive colleagues. The team is cross-skilled, including functional profiles, delivery leads and presales consultants in addition to our technical colleagues.
What you’ll do:
· Guarantee alignment between customer needs and the deployed CRM solution.
· Facilitate workshops to collect and analyze customer needs and provide advice on CRM implementation.
· Write functional documentation and provide user training.
· Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V-cycle) and apply them effectively.
· Define test plans and monitor the implementation of features.
· Possess or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210 or MB220 certifications.
· Define test plans, scenarios and test sets
Skills and experiences:
· Mastery of key features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
· Expertise in functional areas such as Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
· Possess or be in the process of obtaining MB200, MB210 or MB220 certifications
· Ability to work on large-scale projects for a varied clientele.
· Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge, supporting mutual assistance and goodwill within the team.
· Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, necessary to stay at the forefront of technological developments and best practices in the field of CRM
· Fluency in communication in English and Dutch.
