AdresAs a Business Finance Director you will work closely with cluster Finance & Business management to develop and implement effective strategies. Your role ensures the cluster and country businesses meet financial goals while complying with regulations and company policies. Key to success is maintaining strong internal controls, leading a client-focused team, and fostering relationships across departments.
Responsibilities:
Leadership responsibility over a country cluster;
Development and implementation of cluster business strategies;
Provide insight to the cluster and country business leaders based on robust financial analysis and forecasting and develops options for decision-making;
Provide analysis for decision-making either to cluster Business Finance or directly to the business;
Support regional Business Finance lead in most cases; in addition, part of the leadership team of smaller businesses (countries or lines of businesses);
Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement;
Collaborates with other teams to develop and implement business plans
Develops and maintains relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners;
Supports the execution of transformation projects (FoF) and initiatives;
Monitor progress on projects impacting the business and report variances (cost, schedule, function, etc.) to relevant leadership;
Lead cluster finance teams in the execution of robust monthly and quarterly end close processes and financial reviews from both a controllership and FP&A area of responsibility;
Drive the development of the monthly cluster/business forecasts and annual plan with identification of associated risks and opportunities;
Execute a strong internal control environment and close process within the segment/region; key areas include controls over revenue recognition, sales accounting, contract management, partner relations and financial reporting processes;
Partner with the cross functional Finance teams (GPOs) to address financial operational improvements in various end-to-end Finance processes.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop effective solutions;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
Expected to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Strong interpersonal skills are essential;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is usually required. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is also beneficial;
Able to adapt to changing business conditions and priorities and be willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
