As a Cloud Logistics Operations Manager in the CMOF team you will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing, logistics, distribution and supply chain operations across multiple geographies. This role requires a strong understanding of cross-Geo shipments, Incoterms, import/export trade compliance, and project management. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
Define and execute global and regional supply chain strategies for datacenter hardware logistics, inventory management, and distribution, with strong understanding of incoterms and import/export trade compliance.
Support and lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to design and implement end-to-end logistics and supply chain solutions.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement across the logistics supply chain infrastructure and partner relationships.
Contribute to the development and interpretation of data-driven recommendations based on logistics network modelling, benchmarking, and financial analysis.
Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to solve complex logistics and supply chain issues.
Optimize transportation routes, reduce freight costs, minimize damages and replacement costs, and improve operational performance efficiency through SOPs
Qualifications
RequiredQualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND extensive experience in logistics, distribution, and supply chain management, with a focus on cross-Geo shipments, import/export trade compliance, and project management.
OR equivalent experience.
Extensive experience working with high value asset / tech logistics.
PreferredQualifications
Master’s degree and professional certifications in logistics and supply chain management preferred; proven track record of managing and optimizinglogistics and supply chain operations.
Experience in developing and implementing trade compliance policies and programs; strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the logistics supply chain, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and network modelling tools; excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills;
