As a Customer Service Employee, you ensure that customers with questions and complaints are helped quickly and correctly. These may be customers who, for example, have purchased a product in the store or have a question about our products in the webshop.The team consists of 5 colleagues. Because we are active in 8 countries, it is important that our Customer Service can assist our customers in different languages. You speak fluent French and can speak to our French-speaking customers. You do this by telephone, email and social media. Because you also have a good command of the Dutch language, you can also help Dutch customers.If you speak an additional language (preferably French), that is an extra bonus! But it is not a requirement. You work hybrid, you work both from the office and at home. You also work a lot together with your colleagues in the department. You also have contact with various stores, e-commerce, financial administration and supply chain departments.
- Answering customer questions and complaints correctly and timely;
- Receiving reports from customers in our ticket system;
- Independently resolving reports via telephone, social media and email;
- Handling requests from branches;
- Actively maintaining contact with various colleagues;
- Actively attending (virtual) meetings at the service office;
- Proactively providing ideas and suggestions for an optimal Customer Service experience.
Requirements:
- MBO working and thinking level (level 3).
- Good command of the French, Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
- Demonstrable experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Affinity with Social Media.
- Experience with MS Office.
