The company is now looking for a new addition to their team of 15. It is an international team with 8 nationalities in which English is the main language.In this position you will handle the order process from A to Z. That will involve taking on the order, processing it in the system, arranging logistics, keeping your client informed, handling all documentation and invoicing, and eventually taking care of the after sales.More specific responsibilities are:• Input and validate all incoming orders within our ERP-system.• Proficiently handle export documentation requirements, including proformas, invoices, and various shipping documents.• Coordinate shipment planning, collaborate with the warehouse, and engage with shipping agents to address any logistics challenges tied to customer accounts. Ensure accuracy in invoices and associated documentation.• Act as a bridge between customers and internal departments, facilitating communication regarding orders, production, inventory, invoicing, and shipping.• Collaborate in addressing non-routine customer complaints in conjunction with relevant team members.• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Management, Pricing, and Supply Chain teams to guarantee smooth coordination for an enhanced customer experience.• Strive for continuous improvement to achieve both internal and external customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service.• Possess a service-oriented, cooperative, and organized approach.• Exhibit teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary.• Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric mindset.• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and various payment terms.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English and German; Dutch is a bonus.

Salary Benefits:

  • Salary between €2.500 and €3.250 depending on the level of relevant work experience; there might be some flexibility at the upper end of the salary scale if a candidate brings the majority of requirements to the table;
  • 38,75 hours per week;
  • Flexible starting time in the morning (between 8:00 and 9:00 o'clock);
  • 25 holiday days;
  • 13th month salary;
  • €0,21/km travel allowance;
