Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Professional, you are responsible for answering questions from both buyers and sellers via phone, chat, and email.

What will your tasks be?

• You are responsible for answering questions from both buyers and sellers via phone, chat, and email.
• You record conversations in the CRM system.
• You maintain daily contact with various parties, such as buyers, sellers, carriers, and other departments within TBAuctions.

What do you bring?

• Your education level is at least vocational education level plus (MBO+).
• You have experience working with customers (e.g., Customer Service, retail, or hospitality).
• You think positively and critically about optimizing our processes.
• You have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You spend two-thirds of your time on written communication.
• You have an empathetic approach and enjoy solving problems.
• You are fluent in German and English; knowing another European language is a plus.
• You are flexible and willing to work 24-40 hours a week, Monday through Friday between 08:30 and 18:00.
