The Work

The Customer Success role is an integral part of revenue driving efforts for Snapchat, providing front line service to new and existing advertisers. This role supports the Account Executives and/or Account Managers at Snapchat to ensure campaigns run smoothly and advertisers maintain or grow revenue on the platform. The candidate must be a self-starter with a passion for everything social media and have the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. The CSW team member will spend a significant time thinking strategically, pulling insights on past campaign performance, and creating reports/data visualization. Other responsibilities and requirements include:

  • Ability to collaborate on campaign strategy and execution by following and evolving processes and standards across digital media platforms

  • Ability to develop compelling proposals for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and actively grow account revenue by demonstrating excellence in campaign management

  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, interpreting data, and data visualization

  • Previously experience working with clients to plan and execute social/digital media strategy Experience launching ad campaigns

  • Understanding of the ad auction and digital media space

  • Social campaign optimization experience

  • Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry vertical

You will be working in the DACH (Germany-Austria-Switzerland) market, which is a new market to be explored. Therefore, you’ll need some ownership qualities and be proficient in German at a high level, to be able to communicate with the different stakeholders and parties involved.

  • People You will work in a cross-country, multicultural international environment. There are two teams, one in Dublin, Ireland and one in The Netherlands. The Dutch team consists of around 25 people of different nationalities. Within Accenture you will collaborate cross-functionally with Ad Ops and Support teams.

  • Processes You’ll be prioritizing goals of growing revenue and product adaptations, retain book of clients and identify growth opportunities for existing & new ad accounts. Furthermore, you will develop and present advertising media plans for current and prospective clients and maintain quarterly sales quota.

  • Technology You will assist with product and tool support to improve client experience and provide platform knowledge and recommendations around ad types, creative best practices, audience definition, bidding, and overall strategic approach.

Here's what you'll need

  • German & English proficiency (native/near-native)

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Account Management

  • Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience

  • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, self-directed, and inquisitive

  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently while managing multiple projects, assignments and/or responsibilities

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience with CRM software for office productivity

  • Experience with social media

  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Google Suite
