Looking for a well-established company where you can grow? Our client is a stock-listed company that provides services to the hospitality sector and we are looking for a Customer & Technical Support to join the brand new customer support department.
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will resolve queries and incidents, triage inbound contacts, and drive first-time fix rates. Assist teams, identify root causes, and update CRM/ERP systems. Stay updated on equipment and technical info. Deliver self-serve access to documents. More specifically;
- Resolve chemical dosing dispenser and system queries, aiming for high first-time fix rates
- Support technical and field teams with accurate information to prevent on-site attendance when possible
- Identify and communicate root causes of faults
- Utilize CRM/ERPs to log and resolve issues within KPI timeframe
- Stay updated on equipment and technical information for top-notch virtual support
- Provide self-serve access to documents for safe system use by personnel
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
- 1 year of customer-facing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Initiative and adaptability
- Fluency in English and one other European language (German, French, Polish, Italian, or Spanish)
Way of working:
Full-time, from Mondays to Fridays, no shifts involved. Fully onsite in the Leiden office.
