Digital Support Lead (SQL Queries)

Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly qualified Sr. Digital Support Lead with at least 10+ years plus experience supporting high-performing, scalable, enterprise applications. You will be part of a digital software team that works on high-demand applications. Our engineers have a passion for high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. You will work side by side with product managers, designers, and clients, making decisions together to quickly deliver valuable working software to clients and their users. Location:Beaverton, OR, USA (4 days/week- onsite)

You must be legally authorized to work in the USA without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Roles/Responsibilities

·       The job requires exceptional analysis skills in identifying resolution to the production incidents in the eCommerce Domain.

·       The candidate will need to analyze the digital commerce data using the SQL queries and should assess the impact of various incidents and problems that occur on order management systems,

·       Lead a team -Assists in maintaining and supporting applications and their operating environments. Responds to the alerts and follows standard procedures and documentation for issue resolution.

·       Work on the resolution of the incidents independently.

·       Perform Root cause analysis and resolve issues.

·       Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for more complex issues.

·       Mentor and provide guidance for junior team members.

·       Drive the technical calls with the team and third-party teams for resolution of the issues.

·       Attend meeting with client for status meetings / incident resolution / minor enhancements.

·       Work on automation and Service improvements to reduce the inflow of tickets.

·       Learn and adapt to the new technologies as and when needed.

Required Qualifications:

·       Required Experience 10+ years at least.

·       Required Skills “Must- Have” Technical Skills- Proficiency on SQL queries.

·       Technical Skills (Good to have) - J2EE, Rest API, Java Spring boot, Splunk Queries

·       The job requires exceptional analysis skills in identifying resolution to the production incidents in the eCommerce Domain.

·       Domain Skills- Digital Commerce with Order Management/Fulfillment experience
