Do you enjoy talking with global customers on the phone to solve their problems? Do you often multitask by welcoming visitors and checking emails at the same time to make sure everything is in charge? Our client is one of the biggest in the food trading industry in the Netherlands. They have an established market, importing products and selling them across Europe. By helping global customers on the phone or the spot and herding them in from the salespeople, you will be the secret sauce that makes the sales team a powerhouse!
Your responsibilities will include:


  • Handle first-line telephony with international customers, ensuring a service-oriented and hospitable approach.

  • Dedicated time to resolving customer inquiries with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

  • Initiate contact with appropriate individuals to ensure seamless customer connection.

  • Welcome and assist visitors, meanwhile handling various administrative tasks.

  • Contribute to customer database management by creating profiles for registrations via the website or through salespeople.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Dutch (C1-level or higher) and English (C1-level or higher)

  • Able to work on-site around Zwolle from Monday to Thursday. (32 hours)

  • Experience in talking with customers on the telephone and back office work.

  • Customer oriented, good at solving customers' problems.

  • Hospital and dynamic, being able to deal with multiple tasks at the same time.
