Our client, leader of the import and export of Asian and African food products is looking for a Dutch speaking Sales Support professional to join the sales department and help the growth of the organisation. In this position you are the first point of contact for the international clients and visitors and responsible for administrative tasks.
Your responsibility will include:
- Handle phone calls and enquiries of international clients and welcoming visitors on-site
- Supporting with administrative tasks in the sales department
- Maintaining high level of customer service and problem solution
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be needed
About you:
You are an outgoing person with great communication skills and customer oriented nature. You are skilled in working efficiently and precisely prioritising tasks and eager to learn more. Benefits such as travel allowance, working from home allowance, pension and company bonus depending on performance is on offer with this client. Hybrid work is possible after a successful training period. Please note that the role will start on a 6 month temporary basis with the option for a permanent contract afterwards.
Profile:
- Required to be fluent in Dutch (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Available to start as soon as possible on-site in Kampen for 32h per week
