e-Retail Project Coordinator at COTY Consumer Beauty

Start date: March 2024 – 6-month Internship Contract - Based in Amsterdam – Coty HQ

Part of the Worldwide eCommerce team and reporting to the Consumer Beauty Global eCommerce Project Manager.

The e-Retail Content Coordinator offers an opportunity to:

• Discover the world of eRetail and strengthen your knowledge in beauty
• Participate in the growth of COTY Consumer Beauty ecommerce business
• Learn to coordinate projects between several stakeholders & build strong work relationships

The role interacts both internally & externally to support and drive Global and Local teams with their e-Retail executions. In this role, you will help coordinate globally the tracking and execution of the eCommerce product content for a portfolio of iconic brands (Covergirl, Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois, Sally Hansen…)

Key missions in the role include the below; missions may vary based on business needs:

1/ Support conversion projects, working hand in hand with the Global Project Manager and key stakeholders (Brands and Markets) to accelerate Coty online growth (SEO, Rating & Reviews)

2/ Ensure perfect execution of Coty Consumer Beauty brands on e-Retail sites

• Work closely with the Global agency to ensure all projects are on track & best in class
• Conduct regular brand audits & support local Coty teams when needed
• Build report on Global CARS performances & set up action plans
• Encourage engagement between the Global & Local teams

3/ Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-Retailers and Brands and share expertise to inspire Global Brand teams, Markets and Retailers on the future of e-Commerce 4/ Support in ad-hoc request: DAM/ PIM, Leadership reporting, new retailer activations.

Profile:
 

The successful intern will have the following profile:

• Enrolled in a Dutch university with already a first experience in digital / eRetail
• Great attention to details , good organisational skills, ability to build strong relationship with several stakeholders
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, other languages are a plus
• Driven mindset & motivated to learn and develop a large skillset
• Outlook proficiency, strong technical/creative capability on PowerPoint
