Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for an Event Process Specialist located in Breda, Netherlands.
Contract: Full time limited 1 year contract (Hybrid)
At J&J Innovative Medicine, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Event Process Office in the Netherlands, Breda. As an Event Process Specialist, you will be responsible for the flawless coordination of various activities, such as events for healthcare professionals, organizations, and patient groups, as well as sponsorships. Functioning as a Healthcare Compliance gatekeeper, you will play a crucial role in partnering with internal and external business partners throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional quality and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end execution of events, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to collect feedback, provide insights, and continuously improve Event Processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and internal policies to ensure adherence throughout event execution.
Drive innovation and efficiency in event management through creative problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to plan and organize effectively.
Proven experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
Demonstrating pro-activity, ownership, collaboration, flexibility, and agility.
Excellent communication skills to inform, advise, coordinate, and evaluate events.
Ability to take accountability for actions and effectively manage conflicts.
Strong affinity with our company's Credo (https://www.jnj.com/our-credo) -based values.
Independent work ethic within established frameworks.
Strong team player, collaborating effectively with business teams and colleagues.
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards in the Dutch pharmaceutical market is a plus
Proficiency in Dutch and English , both written and spoken.
