About role  

The Experience Strategist is a role for those with a track record in envisioning and designing customer-first services and products. They will be responsible for leading teams to deliver strategic solutions and impactful digital transformations at a global scale across multiple sectors. 

Responsibilities  

  •    Leadership: Lead a team of Experience professionals within engagements, providing guidance and support to shape the local craft and operations of the studio. 
  •  Strategic Development: Define strategic deliverables, including customer journey and experience maps, ecosystem maps, and CX strategy & frameworks. 
  • .    Engagement: Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, participate in account strategy, and identify new business opportunities. 
  •  Collaboration: Work with cross-disciplinary studios and partner with commercial, delivery and technology communities. 
  •    Innovation and Knowledge Sharing: Oversee teams to deliver innovation, foster knowledge sharing, learning, and development within the creative community. 
  •  Business Development: Engage in proactive and reactive pre-sales activities, understanding client needs to craft compelling proposals that demonstrate the value and potential impact of our services. 
  •    Thought-Leadership: Contribute to the industry through thought-leadership, articulating forward-thinking perspectives on experience design and digital transformation trends.    
  • Advocacy: Act as an advocate for user-centric design, ensuring all strategies align with both user needs and business goals, and championing this approach internally and with clients. 
  •  Orchestration: Masterfully orchestrate the interplay between practice skills (such as Service and Interaction Designers, Researchers) and their key frameworks and processes to define winning approaches. Leverage the best of our people and these frameworks to execute key activities that drive forward our mission and our clients' success.

Requirements 

•    Educational Background: Diverse educational backgrounds encouraged. 
•    Professional Experience: Proven experience in leading digital experience teams and delivering strategic solutions at a global scale. 
•    Technical Skills: Fluent in experience design, design and system thinking frameworks, data application, software development, and delivery. 
•    Soft Skills: Ambitious, inclusive, and generous leadership qualities; effective in coaching and developing teams. 
•    Desired: service and/or business design background, understanding of end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and services (from strategy and value proposition, to MVP and agile scaling of products), digital transformation roadmaps and strategies. 
•    Considered a Plus: expertise in BFSI and/or Life Sciences and/or Manufacturing & Logistics. 
•    Communication skills: Confident, diplomatic, empathetic, natural storyteller, comfortable with managing senior stakeholders and communicating with C-level leaders.
