Financial Controller

As a Senior Financial Controller / Senior Financial Reporting Analyst, you work together with the Finance Manager to prepare internal and external management reports. With Business Control you switch over analyzes of the financial figures and KPIs. This is a broad financial role in which you can fully develop yourself.

Description

Your duties and responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process
• Analysis and actions on balance sheet specifications
• Assist in filling reporting packs
• Carrying out periodic internal control programs
• Documenting controls (e.g. assessing general entries, connecting administration to reporting pack, checking master data, etc.)
• Assisting with accounting issues and preparing accounting papers (e.g. impairment tests, valuation of inventory, provisions, etc.)
• Assisting with annual accounts
• Assisting with internal and external audits, following up on action points, etc.
• Ad hoc reports (e.g. CBS statistics, project reports)

Profile

Your knowledge and experience

• At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Economics;
• You are good at preparing financial reports, carrying out the P&C cycle and identifying improvements in the AO/IC;
• A number of years of experience in the Financial Controller position;
• Experience from an accountancy office is a plus;
• You are ready for a step in your career and enjoy working in a dynamic, globally operating company;
• You speak Dutch and English well.
