- You will be in charge of all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and account management within the Hotel Group.
- You will be responsible for the monthly and annual budget and closures.
- You will be involved in the daily commercial and operational decisions of the organization.
- You will be the point of contact for the finance department in all third-party related matters.
- You will manage the treasury - including bank accounts, cash deposits and cash handling.
- You will coordinate between HQ projects and roll out on the field (ERP/SILK).
The salary will be dependent on the amount of knowledge and experience that you bring to the company but will be between €5000 and €7000 per month on a full-time basis. There will be additional benefits that will be included with this role that can be discussed in further detail.

Requirements:
* 4 - 5 years of work experience within a similar finance role
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
* Proven ability to secure confidential and sensitive information with discretion
* Comfortable and experienced in managing a team of individuals
* Growth oriented mindset who is willing to take on additional leadership roles within the company
* Can be a sparring partner with project managers in a professional manner
* Fluent in English, Dutch preferred
