About the role
As the Front Office Manager, you're pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll lead a dynamic team to not only meet but exceed our brand's service standards. Actively engaging with guests, you'll ensure their needs are met from arrival to departure. In this fast-paced environment, your commitment to customer satisfaction will shine through, creating memorable interactions and a welcoming atmosphere.
What will I be doing?
- Lead and elevate the day-to-day Front Office Operations worthy of our title - #1 workplace in the world
- Inspire growth within the Front Office team through innovative people development strategies.
- Expertly address and fulfil guest requests, inquiries, and challenges to enhance their experience.
- Proactively analyse guest satisfaction reports, implementing strategies to enhance overall results
- Pioneer initiatives aimed at optimising sales revenues for the department.
- Establish and drive departmental objectives and create work schedules in line with allocated budget
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in a similar size hotel
- Exude a passion for consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Showcase outstanding communication skills, coupled with excellent leadership, interpersonal, training, and development abilities
- Demonstrate a proven ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under pressure
- Respond to fire and emergencies within the hotel, including acting as the Chief Fire Warden and First Aid Officer
