Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey to revolutionize warehouse operations globally? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the successful deployment of our Global Warehouse Excellence Template across various operating companies (OpCos) within our organization.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Partner with OpCo Project Managers to ensure seamless deployment of the Global Warehouse Excellence Template.
- Guide OpCo Project Managers through all project milestones, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and approvals to facilitate project progress.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify deployment expectations and deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly status reports in collaboration with OpCo Project Managers.
- Coordinate with Global D&T Project Managers to align on deliverables and planning.
2. Logistics Subject Matter Expert :
- Assess and comprehend the current warehouse operations of OpCos.
- Introduce and explain Global Processes and Templates, identifying areas of alignment and gaps.
- Safeguard the integrity of the Global Template, addressing any local requirements through detailed business analysis.
- Guide necessary changes to local processes to ensure alignment with the Global Template.
- Collaborate with OpCos and Product Owners to propose enhancements and manage local deviations.
- Ensure clarity and alignment on master data requirements, adhering to HEINEKEN MD standards.
- Provide support for OpCos in implementing necessary business changes alongside the Change & Communications Lead.
- Collaborate with other Global functions to ensure end-to-end alignment of global processes.
Skills:
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, with experience in warehouse management systems preferred).
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in change management, adept at managing without direct authority.
- Thrives in uncertain and challenging environments, approaching obstacles constructively.
