Define KHC’s global sustainability partnership strategy
- Work collaboratively with zone and function teams to define the partnership strategy to deliver KHC’s sustainability agenda and commitments.
- Move from ambition to clear action plan to deliver global and zone sustainability targets.
Evolve and deliver KHC’s global sustainability partnership strategy and annual objectives
- Create business cases where relevant to secure investment and public funding in Sustainability Partnerships, including CAPEX, COGS or external support needed to deliver KHC’s sustainability commitments.
- Build out and manage processes to monitor and track the global sustainability partnership roadmap, giving visibility to key milestones and decision requirements and holding zones and functions accountable for delivering plans and capturing value.
Participate in internal and external meetings related to Sustainability Partnerships globally
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), bringing in experience from other organizations or suppliers to appropriately challenge and build sustainability partnership plans and initiatives; support the global procurement function in sustainability partnership related topics.
- Interact and collaborate with leaders within the zones and functions, particularly the zone sustainability leads and the global and zone category leads.

- I can define and build partnerships focused on sustainability with NGOs, industry organizations, suppliers, customers, and other influential stakeholders, preferably in the food industry.
- My professional experience which must include sustainability and at least one of the following areas: food value chain, agriculture, NGO or research organization in the food sector.
- I can build impactful networks and alliances to deliver KHC’s sustainability agenda.
- I can simplify complex challenges into clear strategies, roadmaps, and actionable initiatives.
- I can enroll internal and external stakeholders across multiple seniority levels and organizations.
