Lead - Global Performance Strategy & Transformation

Location: Amsterdam

Job Purpose

Work with the Global Head of Performance, Global Head of Rewards and Chief Rewards & Talent Officer to set the Performance Strategy for the company, including performance management frameworks, incentive plans and the performance connection to the talent development cycles.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Lead the work to design the Performance Strategy of Kraft Heinz and its link to Total Rewards.
  • Build propositions for performance management frameworks and how they will connect to the day-to-day of teams across the business. 
  • Co-design the link between performance and talent processes e.g. development cycles, performance reviews and appraisals.
  • Identify repeatable models and tools required to scale and implement performance frameworks, driving adoption across the company.
  • Set the transformation agenda to implement the solutions designed and be the central point of contact for workstream owners.

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • Experience and knowledge of performance management systems, tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Total Rewards frameworks.
  • Experience in strategy design, ideally in HR.
  • Experience managing large transformations across multiple geographies, with several workstreams.
  • Experience managing external vendors/consulting partners or experience as a management consultant.
  • Experience in culture change.
