The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is looking for a Groups, Meetings & Events Manager !
What are my responsibilities?
As a Groups, Meetings & Events Manager you will be looking after our Groups, Meetings and Events team at the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. You and your team will responsible for handling and managing enquiries for Corporate Groups (10 bedrooms or more), Local Catering (Meetings or Events without or up to 10 bedrooms) and Corporate Meetings (Meetings or Events with 10 or more bedrooms) from the enquiry stage to the execution.
This position also ensures associate satisfaction and the development of the team members. You will train, motivate and coach your team and you will serve as a role model. You will provide guidance and feedback to help individuals to develop and strengthen skills and abilities needed to accomplish their work objectives.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Groups, Meetings & Events Manager who lives life to discover and brings personal style to every experience. To be eligible for this position you…
Have a bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Event Management or related major.
Have experience in event management or similar role.
Are fluent in English and Dutch, any other language is a plus.
International working experience is desired.
