  • Drive go-to-market strategy across countries
  • Ensure prompt and effective response to tenders and customer requests
  • Build and manage a strategy torwards goals, including prioritizing pipeline across countries and project types
  • Inspire and support team members’ growth
  • Recruit and build the team
  • Ensure compelling, high-quality and accurate proposals
  • Understand key KPIs and drive performance against them
  • Work closely with global leadership to identify and remove blockers and drive change as needed
  • Evaluate internal processes and work with internal stakeholders to manage / update

Verzoek

  • Ability to lead and inspire a highly skilled sales team

  • 5+ years of commercial sales experience in the utility-scale electric generation or battery storage industry
  • Experienced with structuring and leading negotiations in energy, construction, project finance or a related practice area
  • A team player with the ability to proactively identify problems, drive projects to close, make complex cost/benefit assessments, and identify pragmatic legal and business solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
  • Flexibility to travel periodically (up to 25%)
