  • Positive business results through high-performing team;

  • Strengthen and leverage distributor relationships and be recognized as an expert who adds value to their HCP agenda by identifying, analyzing, and following competitive trends to deliver CBU vision and objectives to drive demand in the region;

  • Healthcare strategy and plans based on thorough analysis of market, environment, competition, and HCP trends as well as the desired business objectives of the region;

  • Regional healthcare plans with clear medical sales focus and objectives to drive HCP prescription in collaboration with Healthcare Strategy, medical affairs, SFE, and Healthcare Digital Teams;

  • Co-building healthcare strategy: Demonstrates analytical skills when making decisions using broad reference of facts and data by driving positive business results through high-performing Solutions teams to increase;

  • Build high-performing medical field/Solution teams; Lead in top-to-top selling situations and manage strategic selling processes by inspiring further questions, comments, and interaction in providing standardized, well-structured, and competency-based learning programs. To (coach-the)-coach and develop the Country Field Managers in their 1st line management role. Lead the change process from traditional Field Force to MCE orchestration;

  • Lead in field execution of healthcare strategy: Sets and executes business plans by identifying the biggest future opportunities and threats by using financial information to assess the business with a clear focus and objectives to drive key HCP field force strategies. Identify and connect customer needs to build trust and leverage business;

  • Works cross-functionally: Collaborates to influence a wider audience by building MCE plans (organizing events / developing HCP communications and strong distributor relationship management);

  • Lead in field execution of SFE plans: Work closely with SFE Manager and lead in field execution of commercial excellence plans (ie Launch of CRM ), ensure excellence in execution, competency optimization, and high performance in healthcare channels;

  • Territory management to build high-performing medical field teams: Optimally allocates the resources across healthcare channels through knowledge of channel insights.

A salary indication is between €6,000 to €6,500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week depending on your knowledge and experience.

Requirements:

The Brand Manager we are looking for is someone with:

* 3+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, nutrition and/or medical equipment industry;
* BSc. Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy or equivalent;
* Specialized nutrition experience is preferred but not a must;
* Strong commercial, analytical, selling, and negotiation skills;
* Collaborative working style to work towards common goals;
* Strong communication skills;
* Logical commercial planning skills, ability to foresee results and understand/evaluate business impact Strong business acumen, results-driven and strategic thinking;
* Fluent in English;
* Balkan country's language is a plus;
* Willing to travel 40%.
