As the IQVIA Netherlands HR team, we work closely with our local business leaders in shaping the conditions for a committed, performance driven Dutch organization, in which IQVIA is in the heart and soul of our employees. We are looking for a HR Officer to complement our team. Your main responsibilities will focus on:
Ensuring the employee experience is consistently positive – from the moment employees accept their offer, through their onboarding and further development within IQVIA, you are their HR point of contact!
Driving timely payroll preparation & HR admin – our payroll is outsourced, you are responsible for providing the correct input and quality control. You will be working closely together with our international shared services team.
Providing HR advice and guidance to managers – our managers are responsible for their employees when it comes to hiring, sickness absence, leave, etc., you support and guide them in their role.
Coordinating activities related to International Employees – we are an international organization and employ many international employees. In you role you are responsible for submitting fiscal 30% ruling applications and transfers of highly skilled migrant permits.
Improving HR processes and data driven insights in a complex environment - one of your challenges will be to continuously improve our HR processes and support data driven decision making.
Participating in (regional) HR projects – we have a global HR community providing lots of opportunities to contribute and learn in global or regional projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or University degree in human resources management or equal by experience
Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of Dutch labor laws and practices
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Dutch and English
