JOB PURPOSE

This role is a great combined opportunity to work for the Business Unit EU/ANZ IceCream supporting different critical parts of the business.

Main responsibilities of this role will be:

Business partnering the BeNeLux Ice Cream market Business partnering EU/ANZ functional teams based in NL (Marketing, CMI, Finance) People project lead of key Transformation programmes across ICE BU & BG

You will be in the lead for several HR strategic topics. This can include but is not limited to organizational design, implementation of organizational change initiatives, talent management, and employee engagement. In this role you closely work together with the Talent Advisor and People Experience Lead, creating a strong team to together create the best end-to-end employee experience. You will act as a leadership coach, take responsibility for talent, succession, organization, culture, reward, diversity, engagement, and capability plans. This role will be a critical part of the HR Ice Cream EU/ANZ LT and will report to the BU IC HR lead.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES BE?

  • Trusted partner and coach to the Ice Cream BeNe LT and Functional LT driving the people agenda

  • Setting the People strategy and coordination of strategic activities

  • Collaborates with the business for the acceleration of the Ice Cream performance by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.

  • A strong understanding of Agile methodology having ideally led implementation in previous roles

  • Participate in business planning and ensure alignment of HR delivery with business goals

  • Establishes objectives and shapes/delivers HR strategy based on metrics for the attainment of the business strategy and the Unilever global objectives.

  • Interfaces with many roles and support areas including: Finance, Legal, HR Services, HR Operations, HR Expertise Teams, etc.

  • Leveraging HR Data insights and analytics to drive people and business decisions

  • Keeps up to date with external market trends to maintain an external perspective, anticipates people trends, and translates it into strategy

  • Utilizes the talent development process and tools delivered by the Expertise Teams to provide and develop the diverse talent pipeline for both the short- and medium-term needs of the company

  • Uses consultation skills to bring HR insight to bear on all people related issues (people, capabilities, organizational, leadership and culture)

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

Your organisation awareness, business acumen, and systemic thinking needs to be high with a strong relationship and stakeholder management skills. You need to become fluent in the commercials of the Unilever business and be able to use a data-driven and insight-led approach to influencing and ensuring solutions demonstrate value.

At the same time living and breathing the Human in HR.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

We expect you to have the adaptability and resilience to balance the paradox of short-term and long-term priorities and have strong experience in developing strategic people initiatives such as in talent, organization, capability, or culture and acting as a change agent to drive these through to impact. You should also have the ability to frame and implement solutions to modern problems in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous situations.
