We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep who is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of his/her internal and external customers and gaining their trust and respect.

  • You will need to excel in planning; you want to maximize every moment of the day and you take the time to prioritize and schedule your selling activities. For this role you will need to be comfortable in picking up the phone as well as have an analytical mindset, allowing you to understand and influence customer behavior.
  • Most of your work will be performed from the office via phone, email, and webchat.
  • You will liaise between potential and current customers and cross-functional internal teams in an energetic, highly collaborative, global work environment to increase B-2-B sales of the company's aviation products and services using a consultative sales approach,
  • You will cultivate and maintain dynamic, long-lasting customer relationships; develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers; and listen to understand the customer's environment, influences, and challenges to gain new and repeat business, identify, and offer attractive solutions, and grow sales,
  • Leverage your unique talents, creativity, competitive instincts, analytical and organizational skills, humor, social savvy, and market intelligence to continuously improve what you do,
  • Be empowered to succeed with comprehensive and robust training, tools, technology, and supportive leadership and teams.

Functie-eisen

We are seeking the following skillset for this position:

  • Relevant work experience interfacing directly with customers in a B-2-B sales or service environment,
  • Great verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, Dutch is a real advantage
  • Aptitude for asking insightful discovery questions and exceptional listening skills,
  • Astute critical thinking and analytical skills,
  • Strong intrinsic drive for results,
  • High energy and initiative,
  • Willingness to take appropriate risks,
  • Associate's/bachelor's degree,
  • Available for occasional travel.
