Adres- Support the Investment Managers in analyzing financial-, portfolio- and sustainability data
- Administer Investment deals in the available applications (FIA)
- Administration and archiving relevant information
- Preparing all the needed reports (such as term sheets, loan contracts) and portfolio overviews
- Collaborate with the Investment Managers in writing investment proposals, amendments, legal documentation, client reviews and valuations
- Stakeholder management with the (internal) Service Providers related to the portfolio administration and Financial Administration
- Plan, prepare and minute the investment - and Valuation committees
- Take the lead in (the improvement of) processes such as disbursement and repayment and minuting of internal meetings
- Coordinate with the designated CDD analysts to complete Customer Due Diligence and KYC procedures for new and existing clients
- Manage the Services Providers
- Manage solving the Backlog issues
- Draft and Monitors application Change Requests
- Personally connected to sustainable and/or impact investing
- Like to take the ownership for administrating the TRMC’s Fund portfolios
- Motivated to partnership with our (internal) Service Providers
- Affinity, background and knowledge in the areas of mid-office related activities of an Investment Manager
Profile
The team The Internal Account Manager for Catalytic Investments is a new position within TRMC and you will work in a team of 3 Internal Account Managers of which one is responsible for the Donations which is already filled. The Internal Account Managers will report to the Team Lead TRMC Services. This is you- Affinity and personal connection with Triodos’ values and mission
- A successfully completed HBO degree plus 3+ years of professional experience (preference: sustainable) Finance
- Energetic, well-organized self-starter with a hands-on and cooperative attitude as well as stakeholder skills
- Capacity to perform a variety of tasks, able to set priorities and re-prioritize
- Entrepreneurship and pragmatism as main motivator on your daily job
- Excellent social and communication skills and proven ability to gain credibility and trust at all levels based upon expertise and building relations
