- Managing a high performance team of 3 Internal Account Managers
- Strategic alignment with the internal Services Providers (T-IM: Portfolio Services and Financial Accounting) including maintaining the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Alignment with the Head Office Service Providers (Tax, Legal, Compliance, etc)
- Maintaining Oversight of all processes and procedures and align with work instruction including RSCA (Risk Self Assessment)
- Defining the Change requests for changes in the administration applications (FIA)
- Bringing the CDD / KYC reviews to the board of the Fund(s)
- Manage to solve risk events
- Administration and maintaining the fund portfolios (Donations as well as Catalytic Investments)
- Alignment with the Emerging Market team of Triodos Investment Management for the administration
- Keep track on risk and control parameters (as part of First Line risk)
- Contribution to the draft of the Business plans
- Drafting the KPI’s for the co-worker within the team
- Personally connected to sustainable and/or impact investing
- Like to take the lead and ownership for the Mid-office of TRMC
- Motivated to manage the execution on these areas
- Motivated to take the ownership for maintaining a high performance team
- Affinity, background and knowledge in the areas of Investment Management and Grants in the Catalytic and Foundation areas
Profile
The team The Team Lead TRMC Services is a new position within TRMC and you will manage a team of 3 Internal Account Managers of which one is responsible for the Donations (this position is already filled with an experienced co-worker) and the other two are responsible for the Catalytic Investments portfolio, who have to be hired at the moment. The Team Lead TRMC Services will report to the Managing Director of TRMC. You have/are- affinity and personal connection with Triodos’ values and mission
- a successfully completed HBO / Academic degree plus 5+ years of professional experience in (preference: sustainable) Finance
- 2+ years of professional experience as a manager with a sharp eye for the human interest
- a team player and energetic, well-organized self-starter with a hands-on and cooperative attitude as well as stakeholder skills
- entrepreneurship and pragmatism as main motivator on your daily job
- excellent social and communication skills and proven ability to gain credibility and trust at all levels based upon expertise and building relations
