Team Lead (m/f/d) Event Solutions, BCD Meetings & Events BeNeLux
Fulltime, located in BeNeLux (Antwerp, Utrecht, Remote)
Do you love meetings and events, everything that connects people? Are you excited to shape a new event experience for our clients and strive for excellence? Are you ready to take our wonderful Events Solutions team to the next level? Then we`re happy to meet you.
As a Team Lead, you will:
• Oversee the planning and execution of successful and profitable incentives/meetings and events while maintaining a high level of customer service to program participants and the client
• Continually monitor staff alignment and organization to ensure the highest levels of customer service, efficiency and productivity
• Establish plans with individuals to ensure maximized performance against goals
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Implement and enforce BCD M&E department level standards
• Conduct forecasting of client revenues and team
You have:
• Profound supervisory or Team Lead experience, as well as client management
• Experience in events management, meeting planning and client product knowledge
• Ability to motivate and provide direction to individuals and team to achieve results
• Good analytical skills, general understanding of accounting and budget
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and timetables and to set and meet deadlines
• Experience with selecting and leading people and monitoring performance
You should also have:
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
• Being client focused
• English, Dutch language skills proficiency, French language skills welcome
