What You'll Do:
• Lead the design and development efforts for the integration of FIDO2/WebAuthn technology with the existing IAM systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, architects, and security experts to ensure the successful implementation of authentication and security features.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines to design, develop, and implement features for the fraud detection engine.
• Translate technical requirements into clean, efficient, and well-documented code, utilizing technologies like Java, REST APIs, NoSQL databases, and Docker.
• Leverage your understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to translate wireframes and mockups into functional prototypes.
• Partner with the Machine Learning team to explore and integrate machine learning and deep learning models for fraud detection purposes.
• Work closely with Technical Product Management to understand business needs, architect robust and scalable solutions, and document the technical aspects of the implemented solution.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in various programming languages, code quality initiatives, scripting languages, and operating systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and actively contribute to building the next generation of Risk Services.
• Play a key role in designing and implementing various components of our global transaction processing systems.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by effectively communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
• University degree and extensive professional experience in the area of software development.
• Experience leading developement teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, along with experience with REST APIs, JSON, and container-based technologies.
• Solid understanding of full-stack development principles with experience in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS4, and JavaScript frameworks like React.js.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile development methodologies, particularly Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD).
• Experience utilizing version control systems like Git, build tools like Maven, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Proven track record of building enterprise-class applications with a focus on reliability, availability, scalability, and operability.
• Hands-on experience with leading-edge technologies like Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including familiarity with ML libraries and tools (a plus).
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Cassandra (a plus).
• Strong understanding of component security analysis methods, including code and data flow review, and the ability to collaborate with the security team to implement secure coding practices.
• A passion for learning, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
