Marketing Manager

We are looking for a new Marketing Manager as part of the Commercial Department and reporting to the Commercial Director.

As Marketing Manager you are responsible for the promotion of the hotel, the facilities and services to the general public, customers, and the community. You would also be responsible for gaining positive exposure for the Hotel, as well as building a solid presence in the market by maintaining a good relationship with the press and the local community. As Marketing Manager you will be part of the Commercial Department and report to the Commercial Director. The below listed responsibilities are examples of tasks you will be required to complete:

To summarize, your main missions are:

• Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive marketing, advertising and Public Relations plan including media planning as well as creatives/visuals
• Budgeting and managing hotel's marketing cost in order to generate the best ROI for hotel.
• Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges
• Manage and promote the hotel on Hilton branded websites & third parties websites
• Work with local partners and develop new partnerships to bring the different outlets to life and offer new experiences
• Development of sales tools for the sales team (print and digital media, customer gifts)
• Animation of the hotel's social networks: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• CRM: animation of the customer database (MICE, restaurant & bar) via occasional newsletters
• Participation in the writing of press releases and press kits
• Manage and organize on-site photo shoots and hotel filming
• Supervision of the marketing team
