Collaborating closely with regional Marketing Directors, you'll oversee our "Awarehouse," coordinating diverse marketing events in Northern Europe.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and activate tailored marketing strategies for local markets within the designated regions.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market needs, emerging trends, and industry developments in collaboration with sales teams.
- Manage budget allocations with a focus on optimizing resource utilization.
- Foster collaboration across diverse teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overarching business goals.
- Take ownership of local marketing initiatives, including the seamless rollout of internal and external product launches.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, adapting strategies as necessary to drive optimal results.
- Uphold brand consistency across all communication channels in coordination with the Global Marketing team.
- Coordinate a diverse array of online and offline marketing activities, including exhibitions and customer events, tailored to specific markets.
- Cultivate relationships and forge partnerships with key stakeholders, local agencies, and distributors.
- Drive continuous enhancements to regional websites and leverage digital tools and social media platforms to amplify brand presence.
- Spearhead the planning and execution of marketing events, ranging from brand-centric to design-focused and sustainability-themed occasions.
Requirements:
- A completed MBO+ / HBO-level education in marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in marketing, preferably within a B2B context.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English languages, with strong communication skills.
- Exceptional project management abilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and driving projects to fruition.
- A independent, creative and proactive mindset, coupled with a passion for innovation and excellence.
- Fluency in English and Dutch C1 / C2, both written and verbal.
- You have valid working permit
