About this role: 

As a UK&I Partner Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving expansion strategies for our delivery operation. You'll support our partners by maximising customer reach, spearheading network density, and championing operational efficiency. 

Your role encompasses strategic planning, precise communication on performance, and continuous optimisation of processes. Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our delivery operations, fostering growth, and ensuring quality service delivery.


 

These are some of the key ingredients to the role: 

  • Lead UK and IE delivery expansion strategy, maximising customer reach and order opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives for expansion, securing buy-in from Account Management, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Monitor operations closely, ensuring transparent communication of cost vs performance trade-offs.
  • Spearhead network density, delivering new expansion order volume targets.
  • Act as SME for key operational tools that set up partners for success, optimising processes.
  • Champion new tool requirements with Product teams, defining business rationale and user cases.
  • Manage escalations and problem-solving when issues arise.
  • Foster continuous team development through coaching and personal growth initiatives in Delivery Operations.

What will you bring to the table?

  •  Continuous Improvement mindset that innovates, and challenges the status quo.
  • Experience in managing operational processes or the full project lifecycle –analysis and design as well as implementation 
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results 
  • Proactive and clear communication across multiple platforms and different audiences 
  • A detailed understanding of excel / google sheets and ability to handlelarge data sets with analytical rigour
  • Bring a strong bias for action to the role, demonstrating a sense of urgency in addressing operational challenges and opportunities.
