Due to a Maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary colleague to support HR and contribute to a vibrant workplace.
Your role as HR Administrator:
At this Cloud Management Business in Amsterdam you are pivotal in maintaining HR efficiency and office coordination. The position will consist of 80% HR Administration Support and 20% Office Management. In this multifaceted role, you will: 

  • ensure accurate HR record-keeping and data tracking, emphasizing confidentiality.
  • draft employee contracts, letters, and contribute to HR projects.
  • manage on boarding processes, facilitating new starter inductions.
  • support line managers in HR processes and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
  • manage suppliers, supplies, and office essentials and maintain an organized office environment.
  • oversee internal/external post and be in charge of office keys and alarm codes.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate has strong prioritization and time management skills and is able to work independently. You are also able to work appropriately with high levels of confidential and sensitive information. Furthermore, you have:

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, previous work experience in HR would be a plus.
  • Experience in producing accurate letters and employment/contractual documentation and correspondence.
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.
