J&J Pharma Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The program will simplify the IM ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

The Manager will be a part of the J&J Pharma SC Digital Transformation organization, a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7 major global IM ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Plan/Source, and Data, and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.

The role will be an individual contributor at the beginning with future potential to lead a team of analysts. He / she will be part of an extended team of 5 experts who will be accountable for driving the definition and harmonization of Source Data and business capabilities across all PHARM and integrated/downstream areas. These experts will be core team members of various multi-year, highly complex, global programs that will transform our PHARM SC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data integration strategy that harmonizes seamlessly with satellite systems

  • Lead the mapping & integration efforts of S4 Data

  • In collaboration with senior leaders, establish and enforce data quality standards

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains through data integration initiatives

  • Partner with Product Line Owner to design and deploy an integration strategy

  • Partner with Master Data for data harmonization, data cleansing, and other various data activities

  • Coordinate the delivery of the different integration components in the design

  • Key contact with Source experts

  • Manage S4 data requirements in preparation for test execution

  • Define and maintain User Stories/Acceptance Criteria

  • Identify and communicate change impacts

  • Knowledge of changing business process and subsequent impact on the project

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs

  • 3 years of Source or relevant business experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of business process design, engineering, or optimization

  • Expertise in the Plan/Source functional space

  • Understanding of Source Business processes

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools tailored to OMP data structures

  • Strong communication and change management

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with internal partners to develop ideas, find opportunities, and influence outcomes

  • Prioritization and handling changing priorities in a fast- paced environment.

  • Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates .

  • Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments.

  • Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment

Preferred:

  • Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders .

  • Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise .

Other:

  • Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma /Process Excellence, etc.)

  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and international

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000- $170,200 .The base salary range listed is based on a US pay scale and may be adjusted based on the successful candidate’s geographic location.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

  • Work, Personal, and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
