Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to used car sales in close alignment with the pricing team and local markets
Identify and propose sales campaigns that will uplift order intake and align with Finance
Identify sales process gaps and missing sales tools. Develop improvement initiatives based on data analysis that result in a clear business case. Manage the implementation of the respective initiatives
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of used car strategies and initiatives
Provide active support to local markets regarding Tesla product knowledge. This includes product knowledge of older model years and trimlines. Use this knowledge to identify best in-market sales opportunities from a product perspective
Contribute to the development of used car finance solutions and other upselling ancillaries
Contribute to the development of customer engagement initiatives that are needed to increase the awareness for the Certified Pre-Owned program or support short term sales goals
Continues improvement of Certified Pre-Owned program and related communication materials

Proficient written and verbal communications skills in English is a must
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting/business analytics
Knowledge of Tesla products is a plus
