Functieomschrijving
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to used car sales in close alignment with the pricing team and local markets
- Identify and propose sales campaigns that will uplift order intake and align with Finance
- Identify sales process gaps and missing sales tools. Develop improvement initiatives based on data analysis that result in a clear business case. Manage the implementation of the respective initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of used car strategies and initiatives
- Provide active support to local markets regarding Tesla product knowledge. This includes product knowledge of older model years and trimlines. Use this knowledge to identify best in-market sales opportunities from a product perspective
- Contribute to the development of used car finance solutions and other upselling ancillaries
- Contribute to the development of customer engagement initiatives that are needed to increase the awareness for the Certified Pre-Owned program or support short term sales goals
- Continues improvement of Certified Pre-Owned program and related communication materials
Verzoek
- Proficient written and verbal communications skills in English is a must
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain cooperative cross-functional relationships
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting/business analytics
- Knowledge of Tesla products is a plus
