About this role:

The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures that JET’s Global Sales Organisation runs effectively and is set up for success. In this everchanging and rapid environment, we are instrumental in setting the sales strategy and driving flawless execution, defining the way thousands of sellers are selling across all markets globally!

As a Sales Performance Tooling Manager you will own the development of the tools, processes, infrastructure and data that are utilised for the design, implementation and execution of the Global Sales Incentive Programs. You will partner with Global / Segment / Country Leaders and Senior Sales Leadership  to define incentive programs that continuously engage and support our strategic objectives. 

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Drive, and lead the development of the Sales Incentive toolings, data infrastructure and process management;
• Lead the continuous process optimization and infrastructure building across all 19 countries;
• Own the ongoing optimisation and process improvement for the Sales Incentives Globally;
• Be the subject matter expert when it comes to tooling ecosystems (Xactly, Salesforce, etc);
• Partner cross functionally with HR, Finance and BI, among others, to make sure there is a consistent payout across all markets.
• Provide proposals, reporting and support to enable informed decision making by executive management.

What will you bring to the table?

• Experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, advisory role.
• Experience with Sales Incentives, effectiveness, performance or compensation programs;
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations as well as managing large data sets;
• Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, as well as, sense of urgency;
• High energy, autonomy and resilience with a “Get it done” attitude;
• Superb communication and presentations skills;
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders, including tech management;
• Strong focus on continuous improvement (e.g. lean six sigma).
