About the vacancy:
Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Maurits at the Park opened in November 2022 and is our first 5-star hotel. The hotel is located in the green Oosterpark in Amsterdam East. The hotel has already won several awards and achieved a #1 ranking on TripAdvisor within a year and 3 months of opening, leaving behind more than 400 other hotels in the Dutch capital.
 
The ambitions for this hotel are high! Therefore, we are looking for talented colleagues who only want to be among the very best, including a Front of House Manager.

What will you do?
At Pillows Hotels, we want to create as many special moments as possible for our guests and the Front Of House team is the first to contribute to that.
Your team will consist of Front office hosts, concierges, valet/baggage hosts and doormans.As Front of House Manager, you and your team are inseparable from the guest experience. You make sure that every moment you have with the guest is a happy one. The contact you have is friendly and warm, but never too businesslike or jovial.
In this position, you will be responsible for all daily operations of the Front of House. You will help/coordinate the team in operations to ensure quality and develop them into the best Front of House team in the Netherlands. At Pillows, we strive to be the best. We are currently ranked 1 on Trip Advisor and we would like to maintain this position and set dven higher goals with eachother.

• You have work experience in high luxury
• You have experience in managing a team
• You have knowledge of Amsterdam and its surroundings
• You speak Dutch and English, multiple languages are a plus
• You are available both at weekends and during the week
