As a Sales Support Administrator, your primary role is to provide exceptional service in both German and English. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service skills and efficient administrative tasks. Here are your responsibilities:

  • Handling inquiries from international sources via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Assisting Account Managers with customer service and administrative tasks.
  • Creating quotes for new software licenses and renewals for the sales department.
  • Managing orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in all data, including pricing, license registration details, and deliveries.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quotes and orders.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed about the status of quotes and orders.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Finance, Account Management, and Tech Support.
  • Maintaining databases for customers and orders.
  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles, preferably in IT
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and a high sense of urgency when resolving issues.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, coupled with adaptability and strong communication abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with the capability to work efficiently either independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and enjoys operating in a commercial environment.

Salary Benefits:

  • A monthly salary ranging from €2700 to €3200 gross, depending on your experience and expertise.
