Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO / COPA Leadwho will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as manage services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.
The annual salary for this position is between $128,010-$146,400 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Role Summary: Seeking a highly experienced Functional Lead with 10-12 years of experience in S/4 HANA SD-COPA integration and SAP SD-COPA integration.
Job Responsibilities:
- SAP S/4HANA Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in various roles in the planning, design, and implementation of SAP
- S/4HANA and ECC Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center and Margin Analysis, and Bank Management.
- Exposure to SAP real estate management and project systems is beneficial.
- Understand the integration with other key functions.
- Specifically seeking experience in the Retail industry.
- Exposure with REFX lease Management functionality will be added advantages
- Good Knowledge of REFX to COPA posting and integration including settlement rules, PA settlement etc
Preferred Qualification:
• Experience working for a Tier 1 or specialist boutique systems integrator.
• Demonstrated cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.
• Excellent communication with clients on both the business and IT side.
• Ability to lead and facilitate design workshops.
• Demonstrate leadership experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Ability to guide and lead a team of specialists in configuring the finance process in SAP, both onsite and offshore.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders, namely gain consensus and co-ordinate.
