Position title: SAP Signavio iXp Intern -  Field Marketing Specialist, Americas

Location: North Canal.Chicago

Expected start date: April- September 2024

What you’ll do:

- You will support the Field Marketing by planning and implementing virtual and physical events and campaigns. 
- You will do various tasks to plan and implement multichannel campaigns (online & offline).
-Support with creating emails and segmentation lists in HubSpot 
-Support with creating landing pages in WordPress 
- You prepare content and texts for social media, website and mailings.
- You maintain data and record leads (business contacts) in Excel.
- You take on research tasks such as location research, industry-specific business insights, promotional materials and third-party events.
- You will manage the events calendar and SAP events calendar

Who you are:

•  You are currently a Bachelor's or Master's student (m/f/d) in business administration, marketing or related fields and have an affinity for software topics.
•  Fluent English language skills are mandatory. Spanish is a plus. 
•  Numbers and reporting do not scare you, because you like to think analytically and work with new software tools.
• Your strengths lie in project coordination and time management when working on different tasks at the same time. You maintain an overview even with a high workload. A certain hands-on mentality is key for you.
• You are an open-minded person and can imagine working closely with an international team.
• You like to contribute your ideas and work on your tasks in a result-oriented and proactive way.

The SAP SignavioField Marketing Team of about 18 members around the globe who are reporting to the VP of Field Marketing at SAP Signavio. As a team, we are responsible for the overall Marketing strategy and execution within our regions and ensure the generation of the pipeline for our business to thrive.
