What you will do

We are looking for a Working Student to support our team’s mission of establishing and strengthening an AI mindset throughout the SAP Cloud ERP solution area. Our team strives to enable SAP Cloud ERP to provide the most holistic E2E intelligent business processes in the market. Together with different product development units, we are implementing AI features in Cloud ERP products. We are looking for someone to support us in our day-to-day business, particularly with our project-focused working model.

As a Working Student, you will be engaged in various activities in our day-to-day work. This includes projects aiming at the delivery of AI features in Cloud ERP, but also cross-topics like organization of our annual internal AI conference or supporting our information roll-out through creation of enablement material and best-practice documents.

Your tasks will include:

• Support our team in ensuring efficient and effective delivery of AI/ML features, e.g., by taking over work packages in specific projects
• Support the team with ongoing technical and organizational tasks, like e.g. creation of best-practices for data lake utilization or roll-out material
• Support the team in organizing internal events like our internal AI conference

What you bring

You are a strong communicator and can engage with collaborators effectively. You have analytical skills and value creativity and teamwork. You have a structured, goal-oriented approach to your work. Ideally, you will join us onsite either in the Walldorf or Munich office on our office days.

We are looking for someone with:

• Basic understanding of AI/ML
• Currently Bachelor- or Master student in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Effective communication skills in English, German a plus
• Soft skills: team player, responsible and structured working style, strong communicator
• Prior experience in collaborating with colleagues, ideally in an area of software development (ML projects a plus)

Meet your team

The SAP Cloud ERP AI Incubation Team strives to grow the adopted AI footprint in SAP Cloud ERP. Our goal is to create and maintain a central AI portfolio strategy for the SAP Cloud ERP solution area, enable the development workforce to be mindful of intelligent technologies, assist product units with the ideation and delivery of use cases, and manage interaction with stakeholders across SAP Cloud ERP, Product Engineering, and SAP overall.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
