What you will do 

As part of SAP IES – Strategic Partner Management Team in Walldorf you will have the opportunity to directly support the team by providing reports on special topics to assist holistic CDIO decision making. You can also work at strategic sourcing projects and taking over other small projects.

Your specific tasks include:

• Creation and enhancement of periodic management reports and presentations for management level
• Creation and enhancement of management dashboards with Microsoft Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Ad-hoc project management for a variety of ongoing projects

Candidates should be available for an initial period of at least 10 months. Preferred start date is September 2023.

What you bring

Experience in preparing reports and presentations, problem-solving skills and excellent team play are required.

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Big Data & Analytics, Finance or Business Informatics
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel) are mandatory
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, 
• Open-minded personality, reliable, structured, and independent approach to work
• An analytical and conceptual mindset

Meet the team

The Strategic Partner Management team is responsible for managing service suppliers for the IT teams and supporting internal units by providing reports and cross functional process knowledge as well as at strategic sourcing projects.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
