Support architectural projects utilizing Revit/BIM throughout all stages of project development and across various program typologies.
Maintain, correct, update, and audit the BIM project database.
Technically develop, maintain, and update the company-specific Revit family library.
Design and model products, equipment, and specific program requirements in Revit.
Develop digital Revit/BIM standards for prototypical facilities.
Continually update BIM model project information and templates.
Provide technical support to both internal and external Revit/BIM collaborators.
Facilitate training and onboarding for design team members in Revit/BIM practices.
Innovate new tools (e.g. scripts, apps) to enhance project team effectiveness and internal BIM processes.
Lead innovation/improvement initiatives, evaluate outcomes, and offer feedback and guidance.
Maintain and refresh specifications libraries for organizational use.
Develop and update Tesla's standard graphic guidelines packages for diverse applications.
Handle and manage BIM Bill of Quantities (BOQ) data extraction requests to aid strategic planning.
Propel creative design initiatives, product launches, updates, and requirements for various business opportunities.
Update the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and associated documentation.
Keep internal Geo/Global development tools up to date.

An architectural andBIM coordinator background is highly desirable, along with relevant experiencein the BIM field (minimum of 4-5 years).
Proven projectexperience in BIM coordination using Autodesk Revit and BIM360.
Ability tocollaborate effectively with multiple teams on various projects, exhibitingstrong teamwork skills while also capable of independent work.
Meticulousattention to detail with proficiency in managing multiple projects and taskssimultaneously.
A willingness toassist teams with both straightforward issues and more complex inquiries asneeded.

Technicalrequirements

Proficiency inAutodesk Revit at an advanced level.
Knowledge ofAutodesk BIM interoperability tools (DiRoots, pyRevit, Ideate, etc.).
Experience withdata environment and coordination platforms (BIM360, Microsoft Excel, andSharePoint).
Skills in VisualProgramming (Dynamo).
Familiarity withprogramming languages (Common API, Revit API- Python/C#) is a plus.
Knowledge ofAutoCAD 2D is advantageous.
